President Duterte leads 1st Vin d’ Honneur

QUEZON City, Philippines  (Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte led the traditional Vin d’ Honneur in the Malacañang Palace with Foreign Affairs Secretary Perfecto Yasay at his side. This is the first Vin d’Honneur led by President Duterte after assuming the presidency in June 2016. The president received the members of the diplomatic corps and in his speech affirmed the policies that he adopted when he became president.
