MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — Nangangamba ang Commission on Population (POPCOM) sa pag-taas ng populasyon ng senior citizens na dapat pag-handaan ng gobyerno. Ayon sa POPCOM, may epekto ito sa ekonomiya lalo’t nakikipag-buno rin ang bansa sa pagtaas ng populasyon ng kabataan. Pumasok na rin ang bansa sa “ageing population” dahil pitong porsiyento ng populasyon ay binubuo ng senior citizens.
