(Eagle News)–The Department of Justice has cleared Trece Martires, Cavite Mayor Melandres De Sagun of the murder of Vice Mayor Alexander Lubigan. Justice Undersecretary Markk Perete said the complaints for murder against Luis Abad Jr. and Ronel Bersamina were also dismissed. Henry Yuson, a former New People’s Army member, surrendered to the military in Albay on Thursday afternoon.
