Sandiganbayan upholds Napoles’ conviction for plunder

(Eagle News)–The Sandiganbayan has upheld the conviction of Janet Lim Napoles for the alleged misuse of the P224.5-million pork barrel of former Senator Bong Revilla. In upholding her conviction, the first division said the evidence was sufficient to establish her guilt beyond reasonable doubt.
