DOH reports 8,735 additional COVID-19 cases
(Eagle News)–COVID-19 cases in the Philippines climbed to 1597689 on Sunday, August 1, after the Department of Health reported 8735 additional cases. The DOH said of the total cases, 63646 were active. Of these, percent were 94 percent were mild, 1.3 percent asymptomatic, 2.1 percent severe, 1.2 percent critical and 1.45 percent were moderate. Recoveries rose to 1506027, including the 5930 additional ones. The death toll is now at 28016, including the additional 127 deaths. […]

DOH reports 8,147 more COVID-19 cases
(Eagle News)–COVID-19 cases in the Philippines climbed to 1,588,965 on Saturday, July 31, after the Department of Health reported 8,147 additional cases. The DOH said of the total cases, 60,887 were active. Of these, 93.8 percent were mild, 1.3 percent asymptomatic, 2.1 percent severe, 1.3 percent critical and 1.52 percent were moderate.
