Another LPA spotted, this time near Cagayan

(Eagle News)—Another low pressure area was spotted near the Philippine Area of Responsibility, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said. PAGASA said the LPA was estimated 335 kilometers east of Aparri. Water at Angat dam breaches 180-m minimum operating level

(Eagle News)—The water level of Angat dam has breached the 180-meter required minimum level, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
