At least 36 passengers killed in Ormoc ferry accident
AT least 36 passengers of a ferry carrying 189 passengers and crew were killed when the boat capsized minutes after leaving the port of Ormoc on Thursday. Many on board the motorized outrigger MBCA Kim-Nirvana, which had 173 passengers and 16 crew onboard, were rescued by the coastguard and police.
