(Eagle News)–The Department of Foreign Affairs repatriated over 9,000 Filipinos abroad this week. (Eagle News)–Thirty-one more Filipinos abroad have recovered from COVID-19, the Department of Foreign Affairs said on Thursday afternoon. The DFA said with the additional recoveries from the Americas, Asia Pacific region, and the Middle East, the number of COVID-19 recoveries among overseas Filipinos rises to 6413. (Eagle News)–Thirty-five stranded Filipinos in Myanmar joined the special repatriation flight organized by the Philippine Embassy in Yangon and the Myanmar Embassy in Manila in coordination with Myanmar Airways International to return home. The relief flight departed Yangon International Airport for Manila on June 25.
