In its 6 a.m. report, the NDRRMC said the 250,036 people translated to 63,769 families. Of the number, the NDRRMC said 148,283 persons or 37,910 families were from Regions I, II, III, National Capital Region, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, and Cordillera Administrative Region. (Eagle News)–Almost 700,000 people in Luzon were affected by the southwest monsoon enhanced by storms. The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office said the 691,574 individuals come from the 469 barangays across Luzon. This translates to a total of 154,671 families from the National Capital Region, Regions I, III, IV-A, and Cordillera Administrative Region.
