Alleged pork barrel scam queen Janet Lim Napoles could extend her stay in the Ospital ng Makati as the Makati Regional Trial Court has yet to rule the urgent motion that her lawyers filed.
Senator JV Ejercito is considering filing charges after Napoles’ lawyer admitted that Ejercito is not supposed to be included in the “Napo-list”, saying that he appreciates the admission of the error but further added that the damage has been done.
President Aquino said that the three lists are different from each other and suspects that the three lists were meant to muddle the issue rather than give clarity.
According to the Napoles camp, the list of those involved in the pork barrel camp that is in the hands of former Senator and now Rehabilitation Czar Panfilo Lacson. They further added that when Jimmy Napoles gave the list to Lacson, Janet is still in the process of remembering those involved.
