“A beauty queen is not exempted from paying taxes,” Bureau of Internal Revenue Commissioner Kim Henares said and added that Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach must report her earnings to the BIR when she returns to the Philippines on January 23. The Philippine Postal Office will release a commemorative stamp in honor of 2015 Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach.
