(Eagle News)–The death toll in the 6.1-magnitude quake that struck Luzon on Monday, April 23, has risen to 16. The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said of the fatalities, five lost their lives at Chuzon Supermarket in Porac, Pampanga while seven from other parts of Porac. Robredo urges vigilance, condoles with those affected by Luzon quake
