(Eagle News) — The Luzon grid has been placed under red and yellow alerts for a third straight day. The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines said the red alert was in place from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and the yellow alert from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. The NGCP said the Luzon grid has an available capacity of 10,220 MW against a peak demand of 10,334 MW.
