Tropical depression gathers strength as it nears eastern Mindanao
As the low pressure area goes near the Philippine area of responsibility, it gathers strength and has developed into a full-blown tropical depression as it nears eastern Mindanao.
LPA starts affecting parts of the country
As the LPA goes nearer the Philippine area of the responsibility, its effects are already being felt in the greater part of Visayas and Mindanao. If it gains more strength, it will be designated as “Amang” when it enters the PAR.
LPA in the Pacific
The PAGASA has spotted a low pressure area in the Pacific but said LPA has no effect yet in the country.
LPA goes nearer Philippine area of responsibility
The PAGASA is monitoring a low-pressure area that is moving closer to the Philippine area of responsibility. For now, said LPA has no direct effect to the weather of the country.
