(Eagle News)–The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is monitoring two low pressure areas off Batanes and Zambales. PAGASA said as of 3 a.m. one LPA was seen 715 kilometers east of Basco. The other LPA, PAGASA said, was estimated 130 kilometers west southwest of Iba, Zambales. PAGASA monitors LPA off Surigao del Sur

(Eagle News)–The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration has monitored a low pressure area off Surigao del Sur. PAGASA said the LPA was located 860 kilometers east northeast of Hinatuan.
