(Eagle News)—The Department of Transportation has suspended Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board executive director Samuel Jardin for 90 days. The suspension was pending a probe of  allegations Jardin solicited P4.8 million in exchange for the issuance of a certificate of public convenience that is a requirement for transport franchises. LTFRB places bus company that figured in SCTEx collision under preventive suspension

(Eagle News)–The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board has placed on preventive suspension the bus company that figured in a traffic incident on the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway. LTFRB accredits two other TNCs

(Eagle News) — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board has accredited two other Transportation Network  Companies. Accredited were Aztech Solution International Inc. and Ryd Global Inc. Based on their certificates of accreditation released to the media, the accreditation will be effective for two years from the date of approval. The certificates were signed by LTFRB chair Martin Delgra III and Board Member Ronaldo Corpus. They were attested to by LTFRB executive director Samuel Jardin.

LTFRB to lower jeepney fare amid slump in fuel prices

(Eagle News)—-The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board on Monday, Dec. 3, announced a jeepney fare rollback following the successive decreases in the prices of petroleum products. Duterte appoints LTFRB’s Aileen Lizada at helm of CSC

(Eagle News) — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board’s Aileen Lizada is now the head of the Civil Service Commission. This was after President Rodrigo Duterte signed her appointment paper as ad interim commissioner of the body on Nov. 9. A copy of the document, however, was only made available to the media on Thursday, Nov. 30. Lizada, whose term as CSC head is until Feb. 2, 2025,  will replace Robert Martinez.  

Delgra: New PUJ fare matrix costs P560, not P610
