Palparan transferred to Bilibid

(Eagle News)—-Retired Army Major General Jovito Palparan has been transferred to the New Bilibid Prison. Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra said the transfer took place at 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3. (Eagle News)–The Malolos Regional Trial Court Branch 15 has junked retired Army Maj. Gen. Jovito Palparan’s bid to block his transfer to the New Bilibid Prison.
