(Eagle News)–The Department of Transportation has clarified that no contract has been awarded yet for the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Expansion Project. Nograles: At least P16 billion needed to implement mandatory ROTC

(Eagle News)–The government needs at least P16 billion to implement mandatory Reserve Officers Training Corps. at the senior high school level.
