PASUQUIN, Ilocos Norte (Eagle News) – A 3.2-magnitude earthquake jolted the town of Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte on Wednesday. The quake was recorded at 9:43 a.m., 32 kilometers north of Pasuquin.
