(Eagle News) — A 4.8-magnitude earthquake struck Ilocos Norte early Wednesday, Oct. 26. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 5:39 a.m. It had an epicenter of 11 kilometers northeast of Nueva Era. The depth of focus was one kilometer. 4.2-magnitude quake hits Ilocos Norte

(Eagle News)–A 4.2-magnitude quake struck Ilocos Norte on Saturday, Jan. 25. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 5:08 a.m., had its epicenter 15 kilometers northeast of Carasi. It had a depth of focus of one kilometer. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.

2.6-magnitude quake jolts Ilocos Norte

(Eagle News)–A 2.6-magnitude earthquake struck Ilocos Norte on Sunday, March 31. The quake struck 11 kilometers northwest of Pagudpud at 11:22 a.m. The quake, which was of tectonic origin, had a depth of focus of 30 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
