(Eagle News) — A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Ilocos Norte early Sunday, December 13. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 12 kilometers northwest of Burgos, at 4:04 a.m. It had a depth of 31 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
4.2-magnitude quake hits Ilocos Norte
(Eagle News)–A 4.2-magnitude quake struck Ilocos Norte on Saturday, Jan. 25. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 5:08 a.m., had its epicenter 15 kilometers northeast of Carasi. It had a depth of focus of one kilometer. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
2.6-magnitude quake jolts Ilocos Norte
(Eagle News)–A 2.6-magnitude earthquake struck Ilocos Norte on Sunday, March 31. The quake struck 11 kilometers northwest of Pagudpud at 11:22 a.m. The quake, which was of tectonic origin, had a depth of focus of 30 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were expected.
