QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Former Undersecretary of the Department of Justice, Francisco Baraan III denied allegations of President Rodrigo Duterte about his involvement in illegal drugs. Baraan reiterated that he respects President Duterte and that he is ready to face any criminal charges against him and what he only asks for is a fair and just treatment as well as due process.
