The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake that hit 22 kilometers southwest of Glan was an aftershock of the 6.8-magnitude earthquake of Davao Occidental on Nov. 17. 4.4-magnitude quake strikes off Sarangani early Friday, Dec. 11

(Eagle News) — A 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck off Sarangani early Friday, December 11. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 2:40 a.m., had its epicenter 63 kilometers southwest of Kiamba. It had a depth of 486 kilometers and was tectonic in origin. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
