SWS: Duterte admin gets “very good” net satisfaction rating; high marks cut across classes, geographical areas

(Eagle  News) — A whopping 71 percent of adult Filipinos are satisfied with the performance of the Duterte administration, a recent Social Weather Stations survey showed. According to the survey done via face-to-face interviews of 1500 respondents from September 23 to September 27, only 16 percent were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the administration’s performance, and 13 percent were dissatisfied. Piston: Transport strike not part of destabilization plot vs. Duterte

Caloocan lawmaker wants President Duterte to create a commission to evaluate gov’t’s drug war

DOF to hold Public Forum for administration’s tax reform package

Eagle News – The Department of Finance (DOF) will conduct a public forum next month in connection with the proposed tax reform package of the Duterte Administration. According to the DOF, they expect 300 participants to participate in the said forum, to be held on July 5 at the EDSA Shangri-la Hotel.
