DOLE lifts work stoppage order on more firecracker firms

DOLE renews call for release of 13th month pay

MANILA, Dec. 21 –  Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III reiterated his call for private employers for the release of workers’ 13th month pay. “In the spirit of this holiday season, I appeal to employers to give your workers their 13th month pay. 200 business establishments regularize 10,000 employees

QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — In response to the campaign of the Duterte administration to end contractualization, at least 200 business establishments have already regularized more than 10,000 employees, according to the Department of Labor and Employment.
