MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — Bureau of Customs Commissioner Nicanor Faeldon prepared documents for the filing of complaints against customs personnel. Customs Police Captain Arnel Baylosis and four more individuals are undergoing investigation due to complaints that they are asking for bribes from businessmen.
