(Eagle News) — Over 800 areas in the country are under a granular lockdown, according to the Philippine National Police. The PNP said of the total 884 areas, 406 were in Cordillera, 292 in Ilocos, and 152 in Cagayan. (Eagle News)–COVID-19 cases in the country breached the 383,000 mark on Sunday, Nov. 1, after the Department of Health reported over 2000 more cases. The DOH said of the 383113 total cases, 27115 or 7.1 percent were active. Of these, 81.6 percent were mild, 9.9 percent asymptomatic, 5.4 percent critical, and 3.1 percent severe. (Eagle News)–COVID-19 cases in the country breached the 354,000 mark on Saturday, Oct. 17, after the Department of Health reported 2673 additional cases. Of the 354,338 total cases, the DOH said 52423 were active. Of these, 84.7 percent were mild, 11 percent asymptomatic, 1.5 percent severe, and 2.9 percent critical.
