QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) will implement an election gun ban starting April 14 for the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections. According to Philippine National Police spokesperson Chief Supt. John Bulalacao, permits to carry firearms are cancelled during the campaign period from April 14 to May 21.
