COMELEC worries about issuance of vote receipt

COMELEC and micro-blogging site releases official emojis for 2016 elections

MANILA, Philippines – The Commission on Elections, in partnership with the micro-blogging site, Twitter, launched its official emojis for the 2016 elections. When the appropriate hashtags were used, the official emojis will be generated which includes the icons of each presidential candidates. COMELEC starts transfer of official ballots

QUEZON City, Philippines – As the 2016 election nears, the Commission on Elections have started the transfer of the official ballots from the National Printing Office to its temporary warehouse in Marikina. Using a 10-wheeler truck, the COMELEC transferred 1.7 million official ballots that will then be sent to the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao.
