(Eagle News) — A 5.0-magnitude earthquake struck Abra early Thursday, July 28. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake, which hit at 4:02 a.m., is an aftershock of the 7.0-magnitude earthquake that hit the area the day before.
