(Eagle News)–A yellow warning level has been hoisted over Surigao del Sur.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said this means flooding in flood-prone areas is possible.
Meanwhile, heavy rains are affecting New Bataan, Maragusan, Pantukan, Mabini in Davao de Oro.
PAGASA said these may persist for two to three hours.
