Rainfall advisory hoisted over parts of N. Luzon

(Eagle News)–A rainfall advisory has been hoisted over parts of Northern Luzon.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said light to moderate rains are expected over Cagayan, in Alcala, Amulung, Baggao and  Gattaran.

PAGASA said these may persist within one to two hours.

Light to moderate rains are so far being experienced over Abulug, Allacapan, Aparri, Ballesteros, Buguey, Camalanuigan, Gonzaga, Lallo, Pamplona and Santa Teresita in Cagayan.

“All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards. Residents along mountain slope are advised for possible landslides and flashflood,” PAGASA said.
