(Eagle News) — A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck off Zamboanga del Norte early Monday, Nov. 21. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 1:32 a.m. The epicenter of the quake was 21 kilometers northwest of Jose Dalman. The depth of focus was 14 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
