Meralco to implement power rate hike this month

Power charges will increase by 55 centavos per kilowatt-hour (kwh) this month for Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) customers. GSIS to release P2.6 billion cash gift to elderly, PWD pensioners

Starting today, December 10, the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) is set to release its cash gift to a total of 235, 180 pensioners. 6.9 magnitude earthquake rocks Ambon, Indonesia

An earthquake measuring 6.9 magnitudes on Wednesday evening rocked the Malaku provincial capital of Ambon, Indonesia. According to the U.S. Geological survey, the epicenter of the earthquake was located at 111 kilometers southeast of Ambon.
