(Eagle News) — The easterlies are affecting the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Metro Manila will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms as a result.
