Al Parreño named new acting COMELEC chair

(Eagle News) —  Al Parreño has been designated the next acting chairman of the Commission on Elections. Acting COMELEC Chair Christian Robert Lim said Parreño, who is now serving as COMELEC commissioner, will take his place when he retires on Friday.
