Comelec: COC filing period for 2019 polls now from Oct. 11 to 17, 2018

(Eagle News)—The Commission on Elections has rescheduled the filing of certificates of candidacy for the 2019 local and national elections. Comelec spokesperson James Jimenez said from October 1 to 5, 2018.the new schedule was now from October 11 to 17. The schedule does not include Saturdays and Sundays. “On the last day, there will be no extension of filing hours. Please be advised,” Jimenez said.
