Number coding scheme, suspendido mula ngayong araw hanggang November 5

(Eagle News) — Sinuspinde na ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) ang number coding scheme ngayong long holiday. Ang suspensyon ng number coding ay magsisimula ngayong araw Oktubre 31, at tatagal hanggang Lunes, Nobyembre 5. Ipinatutupad ang number coding scheme sa mga sasakyan na dumadaan sa mga pangunahing kalsada depende sa huling numero ng plaka. Hindi naman kasama sa suspensyon ng scheme ang lungsod ng Makati at Las Piñas.
