The Professional Regulation Commission said 1365 of the 2790 passed the exams given by the Board of Electronics Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao and Legazpi in April. 6.1 magnitude quake hits northeast of Miyako, Honshu island in Japan

  (Eagle News) – A 6.1 magnitude quake rocked northeast Japan, particularly 144 kilometers northeast of Miyako in Iwate Prefecture on Honshu island, on Thursday, April 11, according to the US Geological Survey. The quake had a depth of 12.2 kilometers, and was 133 kilometers from Kuji, Iwate, Japan, the USGS said. There were so far no reports of damage or casualties.
