3.9-magnitude quake hits Davao Oriental

(Eagle News)–A 3.9-magnitude earthquake rocked Davao Oriental on Monday, May 13. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake struck 83 kilometers southeast of General Generoso at 6:55 a.m. The earthquake, which was of tectonic origin, had a depth of focus of 17 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
