(Eagle News) — A vote counting machine in one precinct in Caloocan City, particularly at the Tandang Sora Integrated School, reportedly stopped working as of 7 a.m. after a ballot with a reported overvoting of senators was fed into the machine.
The IT person of the Commission on Elections who reportedly went to check on the VCM, advised voters to just wait as they try to resolve the problem.
An Eagle News correspondent said that the VCM was still not working after about an hour.
