(Eagle News)–Persons with Disabilities can avail of free train rides at the Metro Rail Transit-3 today, Wednesday, July 17. The MRT-3 management said the free rides are available from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The management said PWDs should just present their PWD identification cards to the station guard to avail of the rides.
