(Eagle News)–A 3.8-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental early Wednesday, Sept. 25. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 321 kilometers southeast of Tarragona at 12:55 a.m. Depth of focus was 40 kilometers.
