At least five dead in Cotabato following 6.5-magnitude quake

(Eagle News)–At least five people died in Cotabato after a 6.5-magnitude earthquake hit Mindanao on Thursday, Oct. 31. The Cotabato provincial disaster risk reduction and management office identified the victims as Juve Gabriel Jauod, 7; Tessie Alcaide; Cesar Bangot; Romel Galicia, 20; and Precilla Verona, 70.
