(Eagle News)–A yellow rainfall warning has been hoisted over parts of Mindanao due to a low pressure area embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone. 4.5-magnitude quake hits Cotabato

(Eagle News)–A 4.5-magnitude earthquake struck Cotabato on Saturday, Nov. 2. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 23 kilometers southeast of Tulunan at 2:38 a.m. Depth of focus was six kilometers.
