(Eagle News)–A 3.2-magnitude earthquake struck Cotabato on Wednesday, Nov. 13. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 24 kilometers southeast of Makilala at 7:41 p.m. Depth of focus was five kilometers. CA confirms appointment of Clement, promotion of Cusi

(Eagle News)–The Commission on Appointments has approved the ad interim appointment of General Noel Clement as Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff. Clement will serve as head of the AFP until January 2020. Before he became chief of staff, Clement was head of the military’s Central Visayas Command.
