(Eagle News)–A 3.1-magnitude earthquake struck Cotabato on Tuesday, Dec. 3. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 8 kilometers northeast of Tampakan at 11:18 a.m. Depth of focus was one kilometer.
