The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said he quake, which struck at 5:31 a.m., had its epicenter 94 kilometers southwest of Agno. Depth of focus was six kilometers. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains as the northeast monsoon affects the Philippines. The eastern sections of Luzon, Visayas and MIndanao will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters.
