(Eagle News)–A thunderstorm advisory has been hoisted over Bulacan and other areas. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Bulacan and Rizal within the next two hours.
