(Eagle News)–A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Catanduanes early Monday, Feb. 12. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 5:30 a.m. The epicenter was 72 kilometers northeast of Gigmoto. The depth of focus was 25 kilometers.
