DOH reports 8,147 more COVID-19 cases

  (Eagle News)–COVID-19 cases in the Philippines climbed to 1,588,965 on Saturday, July 31, after the Department of Health reported 8,147 additional cases. The DOH said of the total cases, 60,887 were active. Of these, 93.8 percent were mild, 1.3 percent asymptomatic, 2.1 percent severe, 1.3 percent critical and 1.52 percent were moderate.
